I believe in juicing! It’s one of the best way s to give your body the nutrients it needs and craves. It’s a fact that the food today isnt’ what it used to be. Many of us head to the supermarkets and think we are making healthy choices by picking up fruits and vegetables from the produce section. What many of us don’t know is that a good portion of that produce has been shipped from all over the world adn sprayed with pesticides, and often times it is genetically modifies as well. It doesn’t have the nutrients and minerals we need from the foods we eat. Buying loval and organic foods will benefit your health by providing you with the natural nutrients you need from food. However, in our world today eating your daily amount of fruits and vegetables just isn’t enough.
Juicing allows you to consume a mass amount of vitamins and minersals in a short period of time without filling yourself up. This juice also gets absorbed into your systmen alost immediately! There are som many wonderful documentaries on jicing, however I strongly urge you to look and visit Gerson.org and educate yourself on their approach to health, They have been putting cancer patients on their juicing regimen, and curing them! I also suggest you watch the film, “The Gerson MIracle” it is available to wath on Netflix.
I have seen with my own eyes the miracles of juicing… the effects it has on the body, and I myself have felt the benefits. Take the time to do it, even just once, and I know you will feel a difference.
